Still stuck? Our team replies to most enquiries the same working day.
Contact usWhat information should I include on my visiting card?
Include your full name, job title, company name, phone number, email address and website. You may also add a physical address, social handles and a short tagline. Keep it concise and relevant.
Can I customise the design of my visiting card?
Yes. Start from one of our templates or supply a completely custom design. You control colours, fonts, layout, logos and graphics, and our design team can build something unique to your brand.
What size is a standard visiting card?
The standard is 3.5 × 2 inches (89 × 51 mm). We also print 3.3 × 2.1 inches (85 × 55 mm), which is common across Asia, plus custom sizes on request.
Do you provide digital versions of the card?
Yes. You receive high-resolution PNG, JPEG and PDF files — both print-ready and web-optimised — for email signatures, social profiles and messaging apps.
How long does printing take?
Standard printing takes 3–5 business days after design approval. Rush orders can be done in 1–2 days for an additional fee. Premium finishes such as embossing or foil stamping need 5–7 days.
How far in advance should I place an order?
One to two weeks ahead is ideal, especially for large quantities or custom designs — that leaves room for revisions and proofing. Rush services are available when you need them sooner.
Can I add photos or custom illustrations?
Absolutely. Send high-resolution PNG, JPEG, AI or PSD files and we will place them. Our team can also create illustrations or clean up existing images so they print beautifully.
Do you offer envelope customisation too?
Yes. Match envelopes to your card with custom colours, fonts and layouts across a range of sizes, paper types and finishes, including return address and logo printing.
